8 questionsWhat types of packaging do you offer?
We offer gaylord boxes (bulk containers), pallets (wood, plastic, and composite), and IBC totes (intermediate bulk containers). Each comes in various sizes and conditions to meet your needs.
What's the difference between used and new packaging?
Used packaging has been previously utilized but is inspected and graded for quality. It offers significant cost savings (typically 40-60% less than new) while still providing reliable performance. New packaging has never been used and is ideal for applications requiring pristine condition or specific compliance requirements.
What do the grades (A, B, C) mean?
Grade A is excellent condition with minimal wear — virtually like new with minor cosmetic imperfections. Grade B is good condition with some visible use but fully functional — ideal for most industrial applications. Grade C is fair condition with noticeable wear but structurally sound — best for non-appearance sensitive uses. All grades are inspected for safety and functionality before sale.
Do you carry food-grade IBC totes?
Yes, we offer food-grade IBC totes in both new and rebottled conditions. Rebottled IBCs have a new food-grade bottle installed in a used cage, providing food-safe storage at a lower cost. All food-grade totes are properly documented for traceability.
Can I get custom sizes for gaylord boxes?
Yes, we can source custom sizes for gaylord boxes. Standard sizes include 48x40, 48x45, and 48x48 with various heights. Contact us with your specifications and we'll work to find or create a solution that fits your needs.
What pallet sizes do you carry?
We stock all standard sizes including 48x40 (GMA), 42x42, 48x48, 36x36, and custom sizes. We carry wood pallets (new and used), plastic pallets, and composite pallets. Heat-treated (HT) pallets meeting ISPM-15 requirements for export are also available.
What is the capacity of your IBC totes?
We carry 275-gallon and 330-gallon IBC totes. Both sizes are available in food-grade and industrial options, with various valve configurations to meet your specific application needs.
Are your products safe for shipping hazardous materials?
Certain products are rated for hazardous materials. UN-certified IBC totes and drums are available for regulated materials. We can help you identify compliant packaging for your specific requirements.
Buying
8 questionsWhat's your minimum order quantity?
We don't have a strict minimum order. Whether you need a few pieces or full truckloads, we're happy to help. However, larger orders qualify for volume discounts, and full truckload pricing offers the best value.
How do I get a quote?
Contact us through our website form, email, or phone with details about what you need (product type, size, quantity, condition preference, and delivery location). We typically respond within 24 business hours with pricing and availability.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept company checks, wire transfers, ACH payments, and major credit cards. Net-30 payment terms may be available for established accounts with approved credit. Prepayment is required for first-time orders.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes! We offer tiered pricing based on quantity. Generally, orders of 100+ units, full pallet quantities, or truckload orders receive significant discounts. Contact us for volume pricing on your specific needs.
Can I see the products before buying?
Absolutely. You're welcome to visit our facility in Englewood to inspect inventory. We can also send photos of specific items upon request. For large orders, we encourage pre-delivery inspection.
Do you stock inventory or is everything sourced?
We maintain substantial inventory of popular items (standard gaylords, GMA pallets, and common IBC sizes) for quick fulfillment. Specialized or large quantity orders may be sourced from our network of suppliers.
How long does fulfillment take?
In-stock items can typically be delivered within 1-3 business days in Colorado. Same-day delivery is available in the Denver metro area for urgent needs. Large or custom orders may require additional lead time.
Do you offer samples?
For bulk orders, we can provide samples at a nominal cost (typically refunded with purchase). This is helpful for testing compatibility with your products or processes before committing to a large order.
Selling
8 questionsWhat packaging will you buy from me?
We buy used gaylord boxes, pallets, and IBC totes in all conditions. Even damaged items have value for repair or recycling. We evaluate each load based on type, condition, quantity, and market conditions.
How do I sell my used packaging?
Contact us with details about what you have — type, approximate quantity, condition, and location. We'll provide a quote and can arrange pickup at your convenience. For large ongoing volumes, we can establish a scheduled pickup program.
How much will you pay for my packaging?
Prices depend on the type, condition, and quantity of packaging, as well as current market conditions. Gaylords typically range from $1-8 depending on condition, pallets from $2-8, and IBCs from $25-100+. We provide fair market rates with transparent pricing.
Will you pick up the packaging?
Yes, we provide free pickup services throughout Colorado for quantities meeting minimum thresholds (typically 50+ gaylords, 100+ pallets, or 10+ IBCs). Smaller quantities may have pickup fees, or you can deliver to our facility.
How quickly do you pay?
For one-time sales, payment is typically issued within 7-10 business days of pickup. For ongoing suppliers with established relationships, we offer weekly or bi-weekly payment schedules.
What if my packaging is damaged?
We accept damaged packaging! While prices are lower for damaged items, we can often repair pallets and IBCs, and damaged gaylords can be recycled. We provide value for materials at all stages of their lifecycle.
Do you buy from individuals or just businesses?
We work primarily with businesses but will consider purchases from any source. If you have packaging from a business closure, estate, or other source, contact us to discuss.
Can I set up a regular pickup schedule?
Absolutely. For businesses generating consistent packaging waste, we can establish weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly pickup schedules. This ensures your surplus is cleared regularly and provides predictable income.
Repair Services
6 questionsWhat repair services do you offer?
We repair pallets (board replacement, stringer repair, block repair), gaylord boxes (reinforcement, patching, tape repair), and IBC totes (cage repair, valve replacement, bottle cleaning). Repairs can extend packaging life by 2-3 additional cycles at a fraction of replacement cost.
Is repair more cost-effective than replacement?
In most cases, yes. Pallet repairs typically cost 30-50% of replacement price. IBC reconditioning runs 40-60% of new tote cost. The exact savings depend on damage extent, but repair almost always offers significant value.
Do you offer on-site repair services?
Yes, for large quantities we can bring our repair team to your location. This is ideal for operations generating consistent volumes of damaged pallets or containers. Minimum quantities typically apply for on-site service.
How long do repairs take?
Standard repairs at our facility are typically completed within 3-5 business days. Rush service is available for urgent needs. On-site repairs are completed same-day. Turnaround depends on volume and repair complexity.
Do you warranty your repairs?
Yes, all repairs come with a 90-day warranty against repair failure. If a repaired section fails under normal use within the warranty period, we'll re-repair at no charge.
Can you repair food-grade containers?
We can repair the structural components of food-grade IBCs (cage, pallet base). For bottle-related issues, we offer rebottling with new food-grade bottles. All food-grade work maintains proper documentation and traceability.
Recycling
6 questionsHow does your recycling program work?
We collect end-of-life packaging and ensure it's properly recycled. Cardboard is baled and sent to paper mills. Wood is processed for mulch, animal bedding, or biomass fuel. Plastics are sorted and sent to appropriate recyclers. We maximize material recovery and minimize landfill disposal.
Do you provide recycling certificates?
Yes, we provide Certificates of Recycling upon request. These documents your company's commitment to sustainability and can be used for environmental reporting, compliance documentation, or sustainability initiatives.
Is there a charge for recycling services?
For recyclable materials in good condition, we often pay for or pick up free of charge. For contaminated or difficult-to-recycle materials, modest processing fees may apply. We'll provide clear pricing upfront.
What is your zero-landfill policy?
We strive to divert 100% of materials from landfills. Through reuse, repair, recycling, and energy recovery, we achieve 95%+ diversion rates. Truly unrecyclable materials are minimized through careful sorting and processing.
Can you help with sustainability reporting?
Yes, we can provide detailed reports on materials recycled, estimated carbon savings, and landfill diversion metrics. This data is valuable for corporate sustainability reports and environmental certifications.
Do you accept contaminated packaging?
We can accept most contaminated packaging, though processing fees may apply. Food residue, chemicals, or other contamination requires special handling. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.
