What's the minimum quantity for repair?
Due to pickup/delivery costs, we typically need at least 25 pallets or 10 IBCs to make repair economical. Smaller quantities can be dropped off at our facility.
How long does repair take?
Standard turnaround is 3-5 business days from pickup. Rush service (1-2 days) is available for urgent needs at additional cost.
Do you guarantee your repairs?
Yes. We stand behind our workmanship. If a repair fails under normal use within 90 days, we'll re-repair or credit you.
Can all damage be repaired?
Not always. Some items are beyond economical repair. We'll give you an honest assessment and can recycle items that can't be fixed.
Do you provide heat treatment after pallet repair?
Yes. If your pallets need ISPM-15 certification for export, we can heat treat them after repair. Ask for this when requesting a quote.
Can you replace IBC bottles?
Yes. We offer rebottling service - installing a new HDPE bottle in your existing cage. This restores food-grade capability at lower cost than new.
